What we collect

When you submit the “Request Access” form, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your work email address
• Your company name
• Your role (selected from a dropdown)
• Your custody model (self-custody, uses a custodian, or not sure)

We do not collect any other personal data through this website. We do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts on this site at this time.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to:

• Assess whether your organisation is a fit for our early access and design partner cohort
• Contact you at the work email you provided if there’s a fit

We do not use this information for marketing to third parties, and we do not sell, rent, or share it with any third party for their own marketing purposes.

How it’s stored

Your data is stored in a Supabase database hosted in the EU region. Data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Access to stored submissions is restricted: the public facing form can only add new entries, it cannot read, alter, or export existing ones.

How long we keep it

We retain submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to your request, and no longer than 24 months if we don’t proceed further, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete it
• Ask us to stop processing it

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@wrldfi.com. We will respond within 30 days as required by law.

Legal basis

We process this data on the basis of legitimate interest, specifically assessing and responding to your request to be considered for early access to our product.

A note on our current structure

Because Wrldfi is not yet an incorporated company, the individuals named above are personally responsible for how this data is handled, rather than a limited company. If Wrldfi incorporates in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect the new legal entity, and any personal data already held will transfer to that entity under the same terms described here.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product and our data practices evolve. The “last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
